Learning
At Akshara Residential School, the ICSE curriculum is delivered through a structured and progressive learning approach that evolves with each stage of a child’s development. In the primary years, the focus is on building strong foundations in language, numeracy, and environmental awareness through interactive and activity-based learning. As students advance to middle and high school, the emphasis shifts toward analytical thinking, conceptual clarity, and independent learning through discussions, projects, and application-based exercises.
Practical and experiential learning forms an integral part of the program, especially in the senior grades where laboratory work in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology strengthens scientific understanding. By combining theory, hands-on practice, and continuous assessment, the school ensures that students develop confidence, discipline, and a deep understanding of their subjects.
Classes I & II
Students build strong foundational skills through:English (First Language), Kannada (Second Language), Hindi (Third Language),
Environmental Science, and Mathematics.
Classes III to V

English (First Language), Kannada (Second Language), Hindi (Third Language), Science, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Computer Science.
